Just mix dough, let it rise, shape, rise again and fry. Then let cool and fill with anything or roll in xxx sugar. Takes a couple of hours, but worth it, specially when they are warm.

Don..I deliver but extremely expensive. Your gonna have to get a job..I know..unfair, but I have a 15 month old here, so I'm kinda busy.    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Cliff..these are fried..
Paczi
heat 1/4 cup milk to 110º, add 1 tbs sugar and 1 tsp yeast and let sit, about 5 minutes. 1 large egg and 1/8 tsp vanilla to a bowl and add 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Mix all and knead for 5 minutes..I use my KitchenAid then cover with dishtowel for 1.5 hours. U want a real smooth, soft, sticky dough. Take out of bowl and flour your board and roll and cut into 6 pieces. Lay on baking sheet on some more flour so they don't stick to the sheet. Let rise for aobut half an hour. Then heat grease to 350º - 360º. Dip them in the oil and turn in about 1 minute. They cook that fast. I used  stuffer with strawberry jelly that I run thru the magic bullet. Some I stuffed and some I just rolled in xxx sugar or you can use cinnamon sugar. sounds harder than it is. This makes 6 nice one, but can be doubled or tripled. Let me know how ya do.     .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
