Title: I love Heather!
Post by: LostArrow on May 27, 2012, 11:01:28 AM
Heather is the head of the meat dept of my local indendent grocery.
They had Angus ribeyes in family pack for $7.99/ lb.
Heather cuts me 4 that weigh 18-20oz / steak.
I mentioned to her that friends out of steak loved a Tri- Tip but I'd never seen one locally.
She asked do you want one ? I ll cut you one!
5 min later have my Tri-Tip. Cooking for supper tonite!
