Last night supper was kleftiko .low and slow cooking   lamb .

I have never eaten much lamb; but I would sure try this!!! A great looking piece of meat and nice meal!!! Don

WOW is right.  I love lamb.  That plate looks really good.  Another good idea to try.

I was looking and looking at the photo trying to figure out if you put in the lambs hoof. Then I realized that it was Garlic. Duhh

I think I know what to fix for next weekend!  Have a boned leg of lamb in freezer.  Thanks for the post and idea. That looks wonderful.

Oh my goodness that looks good! A new grocery just opened in my neighborhood - they actually have lamb will have to give this a go... Love the whole garlic roasting in there, I can just imagine the fragrance...

Love lamb!   BUT, everytime I want to grill some, get shot down.   A family tradition of mine to have lamb for Easter--have a couple killer recipes for marinating, then grilling butterflied leg.   Forgave going to kids/grandkids for Easter this year, so told wife because we did that, I'd like to do lamb this year.   Nope--no such luck, she's already bought the damn ham!    Grrrr!  Guess I could get one and thaw it, tell her it's gotta be cooked.   Think that would work?   HA!
