Title: Mo-Rockin' Yard Bird on the Yoder.....
Post by: teesquare on June 03, 2012, 10:45:21 PM: It had been a while since I had some chicken thighs ( my favorite piece of the chicken!) SO - rubbed 10 of them down with Mo-Rockin' Chicken Rub, and vacuum bagged them - and into the fridge they went for about 36 hours.
And when they came out to perform what they do best ( get on the grill - then into my belly ;D) the looked like this:

Did not want them feelin' lonely - so I whipped up a batch of Firecracker Campfire Beans - no bacon...TRI TIP went in them this time :P

Now - THAT's what I am lookin' for. Bite thru skin, juicy tender chicken thighs....

Nice smoke balanced with the rub - and that great chickeny flavor that thighs have......

I love to go to a "cook-out" and see if the beer count got ahead of the cook. Easy to tell if he has no eyebrows....... ;)
