I've eaten there a number of times, and sure enough, lots of Blue Bags floating around!

The kettles they cook on are amazing..   Almost the size of a big trailer mounted Santa Maria pit.

It's been about 3 years, but the kettles they had in there were every bit of 5' in diameter.     I think they had 3.    Big stainless jobbers.    They were out in the open so you could watch them cook on them.

Maybe they pulled them out and put in a dozen or so Performers?   ;D

The largest Weber Kettle available to consumers is the Ranch Kettle  37.75" round.

I think Webers were originally designed for briquette cooking back in the 50's......

Kingsford should hire me as a tour guide!!

I still think a Weber Kettle is the most versatile grill out there for the money.

My old Weber is about 13 years old and still cooks just fine. It's like an old friend.

I have ate there several times and they do say they are modified Weber Ranch Kettles.

Here is the link to see them and they use 2,000 lbs of charcoal a day

Yep, they should!!     Just make sure Smoochy has a pocket to sit in while your giving your tours. Wouldn't be fare for you to be walking and talking and have poor Smoochy stuck in your truck.
