I think the claudes may cover up some of the flavor from the WOW and FSB, but i'm at mom's and she loves claude's.  I do too.  Community coffee bag is just a shameless plug from a louisiana man.  (http://i1353.photobucket.com/albums/q670/chipsimmons321/20140613_181016_zps064eacee.jpg) (http://s1353.photobucket.com/user/chipsimmons321/media/20140613_181016_zps064eacee.jpg.html)

Mix some WOW with the Claude's and brush it on the meat.

Should give it a great flavor ;)

CL-

WOW will also work well if you mix it @ 4 parts oil, 1 part apple cider vinegar, 1-1-1/2 parts WOW ( and even a splash of soy sauce )...and blend at high sped for 30-60 seconds. The  color will go from dark green to avocado green. then add a little water to loosen it up - as it really thickens when you blend it at high speed. Pour it on the meat in a zip lock bag, remove a lll of the air you can - and put it in the fridge for overnite.

Then grill - high heat - sear, flip - sear  - nd you are done.  This method and mixture works very well on flank, skirt, or any steak... :) But especially for a good old fashioned fajita.

Try rubbing WOW and butter under the breast skin on chi chicken the n on the outside of the chicken - then roast. Great on salmon.. Great on veggies that you want to roast....

From one Louisiana man to another, may our Community unite. ;)
