Yeah the crust is too thin! You can see right though it.

Those do look tasty! That is one of the few things I haven't done yet on any of my grills. Will
have to remedy that soon.

They tasted yummy. Next time though I may add a little smoke and see how that works out. I imagine they will taste even better with a little smokey flavor. Any suggestions on the type of wood to use to get a decent smoke flavor?

I'm thinking fruit wood would be a lil mild, I use hickory for mine on the grill, I think mesquite is too harsh. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Looks really tasty. I use alder for many foods, fish, cheese, etc. Can't go wrong with that mild wood.
