Place the onion in the freezer 45 minutes before you slice or dice it.  Works like a charm!!

I'm gonna share my tip with you Smoke, and you know I dice onions everyday lol... Get yourself a real good knife and keep it real sharp... Just bought myself a global g4  :P, and sharpen all my knives with japanese water stones..

Yep a sharp knife and be quick about it. A dull knife will cut you faster than a sharp knife!
