Fishing with my son this afternoon.
« Reply #-1 on: July 17, 2014, 08:38:09 PM »
My son Sheldon lost at least 7 fish this afternoon, some where a good size. He did manage to bring home lunch for tomorrow, three small walleyes. Maybe next time we will get that big one that got away. :) Not the best afternoon fishing but we got to spend some quality time together and thats all that counts.
Now I just have to teach him how to fillet the fish and life will be good.  ;)

Love fresh caught walleye.  Actually, almost any fresh caught fish is great.

Take your son fishin' and huntin' and you'll never have to hunt for your son.  Dee

Sounds like a great day. Just remind your son - that's why they call it "fishing" not "catching."
You can't catch a fish if you don't get a line wet...

A great father-son outing Devo! It's not what you caught, it's who you were with!  And nice fish too!  ;D

The good times I remember as a child with my father were when we went fishing together.

Nice job creating these memories for your son ;)
