I know this is an old post but I was looking for a way to cook a bottom round and this very helpful. Both of your post were great and I copied them for a later PC cook. How long did you cook the roast?
Just saw your post RAD. That was a 5 lb. boneless chuck roast so it cooked for 55-60 minutes.
