If turtles were Cuban, a sandwich might look like this…
Ingredients - Smoked tri-tip, grilled turkey, 10.5-style hickory-smoked maple bacon, sliced pickles, Swiss cheese, and Creole mustard stacked neatly on a ciabatta roll.
Then, after grilling in the SSSS (super special sandwich smasher - two cast iron skillets), this is half of what you get.
The other half disappeared too quicly to photograph.
Mmmmm.
