So I now weigh as of today 157lbs. I believe that I do not need to lose anymore weight so I need to start increasing my food intake and back off on the running a bit. I would like to stay above 155lbs. People at work were starting to say I look anorexic! Problem is all my work clothes are way too large and oversized. So I ordered new work clothes.

All my clothes are falling off and I had to put several notches into the belts.

Total weight loss is 56lbs/26.29%

I went from a 36 inch waist to a 30 inch.

33% body fat to around 20%

I feel really good and now have accomplished my goal. Now I need to make sure that I don't get to that point again ::)

Be careful about too much weight loss. Sometimes it is also unhealthy to be underweight as it is overweight.

Ken I agree and that is why I am actually increasing my eating and decreasing the running. Just finding the right balance of food intake and exercise is the key.

If I continue this way I will get too skinny and that is not good either. I don't feel like I look unhealthy at this weight. I weighed this when I graduated high school.

I never thought I would be at a point where I am worried I am losing too much weight but it is finally here.

Congrats Mike and I am sure you feel much better.

I was 217 and on 9 different pills IE blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and so on everyday.
Down to 172 and no pills.
Problem I have is keeping it off.

Again congrats and that is inspiring to others.

Great accomplishment. Got to watch the knees. I turned from a couch potato into a gym rat after knee surgery. I quit rehab place due to hours - I had to take time off work for re-hab - and joined a gym for the re-hab. Went 3 times a week - 2 hours a session for some years. Then knees started to go largely due to  a 51 year old guy deciding to exercise. Just don't overdo the running. I felt great when I was working out. Nice job!
Food - It's all good.

Nice work, muebe.  Did you use anything like a FitBit to keep records an provide motivation?  Marcia and I just started using them and I think mine'll help me.  Marcia—probably not.  She tunes out when I try to discuss results.

No Fitbit. The weight loss on the scales was my motivator ;)

Thanks everyone. I really am proud of my weight loss.
