Great looking spread RAD!

Turkey looks great!

I went for a 4 mile run myself ;)
Only way to make up for yesterday. I don't know about you but I had to call myself names to get out of bed to do the run.

I was actually pretty good last night. I only had two beers and one plate of food. Some brisket, turkey, and a tater... And one slice of pumpkin pie.

So I felt pretty good today :)
You have more willpower than me Mike.  :D
Love to cook and eat

Thanks everyone. When it comes to frying a bird w/o oil the IR cookers are outstanding.

Since I've gone IR I haven't fried a turkey, sort of miss doing it that way but considering how good an IR cooked bird turns out and no where near the mess to clean up I think my days of frying turkeys are a thing of the past.

Cajun:  I totally agree.  Deep fried is the best, but the IR on an SRG with the turkey brined, injected, and rubbed with peanut oil is a close second without the cost and mess.
