We are glad you are here. The strength of LTBBQ is that we are user driven. Sure - we have sponsors. But our sponsors understand that the best data they can collect is when folks can talk freely about ALL products. And because we are not owned by nor does LTBBQ have a vested interest in any brand of cooking equipment...we can be very objective - and respectful while honestly conveying strengths, weaknesses, tips, tricks, work arounds and modifications for ALL cooking gear.

Feel free to post any questions. No one here will make you feel uncomfortable with a smarmy response. We do have a big sense of humor, so...many of us joke around a lot - but that is how it is when you have been invited into a huge backyard BBQ. Where no one has a hidden agenda. ;)

Just have fun...THAT is our big rule ;D.

Wow - thanks for all the welcoming comments.

I add bacon to my rotisserie turkey as a way to self baste with melting bacon fat while the bird spins.

This year, I had a few extra slices and put them on the beeser bird for the same reason.

Also, most of my guests like to snack on the bacon while the birds are resting.

I see a (bacon) dragon fly and a neck tie on the beeser bird.

Still laughing at the G-string/thong comments  (my sense of humor will fit right in here).

Cheers
