Some brined chops on the stove top.

Got the bogo at Winn Dixie on boneless chops.

Brined them for 40 minutes in the REVEO.

Rinsed then some S&P.

Into my fav cast iron skillet to 145.

Steamed some broccoli.

MMMMMM  dinner.
