I've been in ND for about 6 weeks and am way behind on the chores, my business, and things in general. So, no time for a "fancy" lunch. Needed something that tasted good was quick and simple to make and eat. If you are looking for "fancy" not going to find it here today...
I had some "retained" ribeye from last night's steak (let it warm up a bit to take the chill off). Some fresh baked bread, Barry's homemade horseradish (at this rate my delicious Christmas gift is not going to last long...), and store bought coleslaw. And of course, a nice glass of milk - my new drink of choice.
Easy to fix, and I could eat while catching up on emails (and LTBBQ...
)
Cheers,
D
