REALLY simple lunch
« Reply #-1 on: January 02, 2015, 02:02:25 PM »
I've been in ND for about 6 weeks and am way behind on the chores, my business, and things in general. So, no time for a "fancy" lunch. Needed something that tasted good was quick and simple to make and eat. If you are looking for "fancy" not going to find it here today... ;D

I had some "retained" ribeye from last night's steak (let it warm up a bit to take the chill off). Some fresh baked bread, Barry's homemade horseradish (at this rate my delicious Christmas gift is not going to last long...), and store bought coleslaw. And of course, a nice glass of milk - my new drink of choice.

Easy to fix, and I could eat while catching up on emails (and LTBBQ...  ;) ;) )

Cheers,

D

And in honor of Sparky...MILK! Just does a body good - eh? ;D

Sometimes, all I want is a good sammich and a big, cold glass of milk. Good to see you here again David. Hope your Dad is doing well.

Needed a pickle - but it was just too cold to make a pickle run...  :(

Gotta make my own next year!
