I would keep my CharBroil 940X, with the SMK attachment. Have cooked on this one and two before it since I was 12 or 13 yrs old.    I can do anything on it my little heart desires.  That's a LONG time, so I'm VERY comfortable with it.

For versatility reasons only, I would keep one of my Big Steel Kegs.  I can smoke a butt @ 225 or sear a steak @ 800 and it's a charcoal miser.

It would have to be a Weber 26.75. Plenty of real estate for indirect cooking and large enough to do a bunch of burgers.

what he said.  me too.  the man is very wise.  direct, indirect and a fantastic smoker w/ a fuse burn.

Be careful answering this question because I bet a lot of your wives are gonna see your answer and hold you to it. They have been waiting a long time for you to admit that you can live with only one cooker. Don't fall into that trap.

Tommy, the company that provided the samples has not released them yet, so I am still bound by my non-disclosure agreement.  :(

However, I do have to say the the charcoal grill is working well and in many ways equal to my Weber. The electric smoker is the bomb - works great - dead easy and holds the temp perfectly. Well sealed and does everything you want an electric smoker to do.

Frankly, I do not think they should market the charcoal grill, as overcoming Weber's dominance would likely be more expensive than it's worth (imho.) However, I think they should push the electric smoker on the market ASAP. For guys like me - non-expert, not likely to babysit coals or wood, and don't want to use / buy propane - it is perfect.

When / if I can, I will send pictures and details to the forum.
