Call them what you want but this is a great Hot wings recipe for the Electric pressure cooker.

16 frozen wings/drumettes
2-TBS brown sugar
2/3 TBS Chili powder
2/3 TBS Sweet smoked paprika
2/3 TBS Ground cumin
2/3 tsps. Cayenne Pepper ( or if you aint a sissy like me add more)
1 TBS Garlic powder
2/3 TBS Mustard powder
1-1/3 TBS Kosher salt
2/3 TBS Black ground pepper
1- cup chicken broth

Take the wings out of the freezer and let them set a spell for about 15 minutes so the skin gets wet and the rub will stick to them. Mix all the spices in a gallon Ziploc bag. Bonus, you just made enough rub for 32 wings so pour half in a sandwich Ziploc bag for next time :) . Put your wings in the Gallon Ziploc and shake the dickens out of them so they get a good coating of the rub.

Put the cup of chicken broth in the pressure cooker.

Put the Hawk wings in the pressure cooker

Set the pressure cooker for 11 minutes and click start.

After the wings are done put under the oven broiler for a few minutes to crisp the skin if you want.

Wings with potato salad ( I love p/s with Tim's way out west seasoning/rub)

Wife's Plate

Hope you get a chance to try that rub as it is excellent :)

Those look great! Has anyone tried cold-smoking first - then pressure cooking? Just curious to see what that will do to add "outdoor flavor" ?

They are still frozen, would the smoke take?

Good looking wings! Jack, I know how it is. My wife informed me I could not get a new cooker until her kitchen was remodeled. Well the kitchen is done but now I can't afford any new cooker, plus now she wants new floors. Geez.
