Ronco Butts

Actually "set it & forget it " on the akorn.
Needed a couple more smoked butts for Mardi Gras, & yesterday was the last nice day for a while.
Ran home at lunch, Loaded the cooker with wood chunks & charcoal & lit 1 & 1/2 lb in mini starter.
Opened two frozen butts slathered with mustard & my last FS&B.
On the cooker , 15 min from getting home.
The great thing about knowing your cooker is I can set the vents & know within 25f of where it'll run 8)
Got home from work 5 hours later & temp about 215 , let run till 9 closed vents.
Since last night got to 30's just pulled off this AM.
Will finish in crockpot Saturday.

Cast Iron disc and a comal for tacos that sit on a stand and use propane burner.
