Needed Some Chili

Won't take up you time with the chili recipe just a plated photo. Matched with some cornbread with BPS seasoning and some 16 month aged apple smoked Monterey Jack.

I'm not Rick, but yes, that's white cornbread (made from white cornmeal - obviously) which tends to be fairly popular in the South.  I ate a lot of it while living in North Cackalacky.

I don't see the white cornbread in the Northwest very often.  I grew up eating white cornbread - my Dad was from the Dallas area so he got us eating some pretty incredible things (like eye-beans, hominy, white cornbread, etc...)
