Well I have a manual pasta maker and should use it more often. I do find it a bit of work - but nice that you go to the trouble to make it for them. My best work was some shrimp filled ravioli I made for the wife as a welcome home meal after a trip to see relatives. Made them with a vodka sauce.

Sounds excellent! Yes, some work - but fun for the girls so worth the time and effort.
