Every year The French Quarter Festival happens in mid April & my birthday often falls on one of the days!
Got up on my birthday went to early service & went to brunch!



Hangover potatoes, skillet fried potatoes & onions with pulled pork, a ladel of meat drippings 2 eggs & covered with BBQ butter
Couple mimosa's then on the street car to the music.

I got so excited about LA's birthday I put some country style ribs on the Weber and some fresh yellow squash, zucchini and onions in a cast iron skillet and on my second beer. In about a half hour I will be raising a toast to Big John. Ok, house's birthday is next?
