The Smoke says he knows somebody that has a 3 burner Camp Chef with the griddle assy and he gets the same stellar results. I just happen to own the Blackstone and love it. You will can't go wrong either way.

SS might be a tad overkill, I have mine for 3 years with no signs of ageing.......

We used to sell the Blackstone griddles at Academy Sports, fine stuff. The two burner Blackstone had the removable griddle with a grate under it so you could use it as a stove. My Camp Chef stove has been on my deck over 10 years and still looks and works good. I give it a good cleaning every 2 or 3 years, it will be getting a steam cleaning "sometime soon" when I get tired of hearing my wife tell me it needs it.

I have the 3 burner Camp Chef with a 2 burner and a 3 burner griddle depending on what I'm cooking. Works great.
