Tuesday's Leftover Meal

I wasn't going to post this but is was soooo good!
It was leftover meatloaf, roasted carrots, and garlic mashed made into potato patties, with a generous dousing of ham gravy tossed on. Mmmmm this was like heaven!

Me too SB! My Italian grandma always made extra mashed potatoes just to make patties with. Talk about comfort food! Over the top and yet so very simple!
