That is really something...spending six months of one's life doing this. I do like the way he forms the patty and continually turning the burger like a rotisserie.  I bet that would work with a pan fried steak also.  Dee

Way too much detail is right!!  You can get a good burger without going to the extremes he went to, IMO.

Tonieght I cooked hamburgers inside and turned frequently and dipped the French bread in the drippings.....Gooooddddd Cracker!   De

I agree with everyone on this, especially Dee on how he formed the burgers.  But in the end the best burgers are made at home with some love.
