My sous chef....Ellie Mae

As you can imagine - with the body of a mini-boxer and the tongue of a giraffe - she is the "stealth taster" - so much caution is required with food ;)

Ron - I have to escort her over to visit the donkey almost every day. It is funny and kind of strange to watch how they really have bonded.

But I am chaperoning that relationship well - 'cause I can't imagine how ugly the babies would be if I was not monitoring the situation ;D

T2, cute puppy. Speaking of hybrids, remind me sometime to tell you the story of my son's shelty the day before I got him fixed. On second thought, that story would be way too embarrassing and make me look like an idiot. Never mind. In my defense, I was much younger when this happened and I never believed that two dogs could actually get "hung up"...especially when my dog was on a leash.  I now know that this is, in fact, true and I have about fifty witnesses that will agree with me; however, I would be too embarrassed to ask them to testify..

OUCH!....( for the dog I mean ;D )

Sounds like a emabarrassing/hysterical/embarrasing moment Don. I am hoping it was a career politician that your dog was hung up with ;D ;D ;D

I have a ridgeback with a tongue a mile long.  We get "tongue-slapped" when we least expect it.

No kidding.  She can snatch food from a mile away.
