#20, I realize you serve a purpose, but please, let's not make the gluten-free option the red-headed step-child of the dessert world. That muffin, like the previously mentioned gingers, lacks soul!

There are a few interesting "suspects" on that list.

Pappy and Doc,
Give us your unbiased-biased report on these dishes.  Looking forward to your comments.

I love spam! Fried with eggs, smoked, grilled, in a stew, or even "raw" - I'm with Monty Python - "Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam...."

Doc,
Have you been to the Spam Museum?  We went there several years ago when my wife and I attended a Submarine Veterans Convention in Rochester.  Everyone seems to poo poo the museum, but it is actually very informative and a lot of fun.

I've been there a couple of times several years ago - it IS interesting and fun! Even got a t-shirt.

Next time I will take pictures.

It's no wonder that the fair has record attendance! A fellow like me could only eat about 6-7 of those treats a day. Hell, I would have to attend at least 6-7 days to sample all those treats. Boy, that stuff looks good!

Shall we plan a moment of silence for Pappy's and Doc's families after those boys test the Kimchi and Curry Poutine?     :o :o :o
