GrillGrates
« Reply #-1 on: September 19, 2012, 12:38:09 PM »
I just ordered a set of GrillGrates through an offer on Groupon.  They fit perfectly on my Q220.  I expect they're gonna get a lot of use.

They're doing a great job. And if you turn them around you can use them as a griddle ;)

I've been extolling the virtues of GG's for years -- nothing works quite as well to add grilled flavor and the marks are a fun bonus.  Now, if you could just toss 'em in the dishwasher  ::)

I got to try them for the first time in Sept at the "Cookout" in Ga. Tim brought a set for us to play with and they do work well.

Now don't tell anyone but I used them on a pellet pooper (1st time to use one)  and really liked it.
Talked to Brad and thanked him for sending a set to help raise money for the cookout.
He really is a great guy and will talked to you like he known you for awhile.

If you don't have a set get them you won't be sorry, I have a set on the way

Tell the world!  I use mine mostly on my Memphis and the combination of a little tinge of smoke from mesquite pellets and having the "sizzle" right under the meat make for a steak to remember.  Heck, they'll even give some character to something cooked on a gasser!
