Still playing with the Weber Gasser.
1 tenderloin marinated for 2 hours in Italian dressing, Worshshire , & 1/4 tsp Liquid smoke
On the Genesis 4-5 min/ side till good & seared then off heat till interior temp about 125F
Served with grilled spinach & baked potatoe.
Very good. Not quite as good as a reverse smoke then seared over charcoal & wood , but still very good.
