A note of thanks to all of you.
« Reply #-1 on: August 14, 2015, 11:13:43 PM »
This is from the Mrs. T :

I would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone on Let's Talk BBQ that blessed our family with donations  and kind words at the passing of my Father, Preston Metcalf.  I know that none of you personally knew my Dad but he was an awesome person that was his own kind of old fashioned "foodie"..grew his own food, loved good barbecue, and could throw down chocolate with the best of them!  Your gift is being used to help with a radio ministry that my Dad believed in and performed music for on occasion.  He played a mean harmonica and guitar.  I will never really get over the void that his absence has created but the great memories and your friendship certainly make the journey much easier.
Blessings to all of you..

All I can can really add is that I am continually reminded of what a genuinely wonderful group of people you all are.
Thank you- is not enough. But I hope it is a down payment on my respect for you folks.

BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.
