Another 3 slabs going down today for a little party tonight. This is my third pork rib cook on the pellet grill.
These ribs are from Costco. Purchased yesterday, trimmed and seasoned with a mixture of Salt Lick dry rub and Brunkens BBQ rub.
Then vac-packed for about 20 hours in ice box.
Ribs are now resting on racks, coming up to room temp for the smoke.
