Birthday cook
« Reply #-1 on: March 26, 2016, 04:17:34 PM »
My oldest son will be 26 in a few days so we are having him and his wife over for a cookout
These are NY strips with a pinch of salt and air drying in the fridge till time to cook.

He is the one with a baby on the way in about a month so I figured feed him steak now because it may be the last one he eats for awhile  ;)

My oldest son will be 26 in a few days ...

26? I've got t-shirts and headaches older than that (and tee has BVDs even older than my headaches).

Which one will you burn for Kimmie?

Art - I mail him a box of burned Bradley bisquettes every now and then and he just gives her a beer or two and serves 'em up.  They're done just the way she likes them and he saves a bunch of money at the butcher shop.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion

The steaks were so thick we wound up cutting them in half.    They were very good and tender so I feel these were a hit
