You need about 1 1/2 lb of tater tots, nuked 4 to 5 minutes.
A bit of Pam or brush a bit of butter on the waffle iron. Get up to temp.
Load her up with half the tots. Crowd them in. Close lid and push down a bit, but let the iron do it's thing.
Check on it periodically until it's got your color! Pull and keep warm, load the iron up with remaining tots, cook up some bacon, and slice up some pepper jack. When the 2nd tot waffle is done, pile on your fixin's and the other tot waffle, try to close the lid!
Again don't worry, just let the iron do it's job. You may have to press a bittoo but you'll know it's done when the cheese is melted. Mighty tasty!
