Last night we tried spiral cut potatoes on the Weber Gasser, had them covered with tin foil with mushrooms and onion, turned out great! Except , potatoes turned to mashed, not the intention. After some advice from the Grill Mater Tommy I cooked them again tonight uncovered with some Chicken Legs covered with olive oil and Natures Seasoning. chicken was great and so were the Potatoes, when they are spiral cut they cut a lot faster, took only about an hour.
