Well yesterday I went by my local fish market and picked up some nice Gulf shrimp and some salmon fillets. Had a shrimp low boil yesterday, it was awesome. Will probably just have some mice salads with the leftover shrimp tonight. Not sure about tomorrow probably the salmon on the Weber. Monday will be a couple of slabs of baby back ribs on the Weber cooked like the BBQ Pit Boys do their two hour ribs. Maybe some pictures but probably not.

For today Saturday I'm going to start shortly on smoking up a mess of beef shorties on the pellet grill with a cheesy, buttery polenta, and I think spinach. Tomorrow which is to be a total rain-out, we are meeting up with two other couples for dinner at a really good Mexican restaurant,  and Monday the kids will be here for a traditional 4th cook-out of flattop burgers using white burger, hot dogs, bratwurst,  along with tater salad, baked beans, and who knows what else.  :D  Oh and to make the 4th complete hopefully a red-white-and-blue popsicle!  8)

Happy Independence Day folks!  :)

I think of a "low boil" as a simmer.
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.
