After reading and replying to Kona's post about jerk spareribs

Found a leftover grilled chicken breast that I cut up and sauced with some of the Walkerswood with pineapple juice. Put it on the Weber to heat it up. In the meantime found some Naan bread in the fridge, didn't have much as far as cheese so I coated it with some of the Mexican dipping cheese. Had some Mexican Velveeta so added some of that along with some Pepperoni I found in the freezer.
After the chicken was hot put it all on the naan bread on a cast iron fajita pan to heat & melt. Not bad, lots of different flavors, I call it a culture clash.
