Some beautiful lamb chops I plan to have with brown rice and asparagus.
I have learn how to do this grilling very well but I want to try something different as I am on my own.
So y'all throw some ideas out there.

Art, get some good red vino. Pour a glass, and look around for fresh rosemary. Lamb loves rosemary and it's nice to burn the branches too for aromatics.

Thinking of doing low smoke at 160 degrees on the grid iron and sear on the Weber Genesis E330.
Has anyone done this with lamb chops and what do y'all think?

Exactly and this is our favorite.  We buy it by the case and get 20% off.

Smoked at 150 degrees on the Grid Iron for one hour and onto the grill.

Dinner is served. (Correction) Grill Lamb Chops for the Entrée accompanied mushroom stuffed ravioli, grilled corn and braised asparagus.

As always Sweetie set a comfortable table and did a great job on the accompanying sides.
