Pam, do you use the frozen, pre-battered mozzarella sticks?

If so, do you mist with oil before frying?

Roget..I have used both..dip mozz in flour then egg then panko..stick in freezer for about an hour and then cook..freezing helps keep the breading on. I can control the ingredients this way and YES, I do spritz with oil pre cooking.. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
