Tried something new today. When I go home there is a great Portuguese BBQ place near by. As they cook it over the pit they spray it with hot sauce. Mixed about half of Frank's red-hot and challula and basted it about every 30 minutes. And it's so nice that it doesn't burn at all.
also picked these up from home depot to try out. Used mesquite chips. I'll find out if they worked in a few
