Doctor report after 1 1/2 years of Low carb diet

Went to the doctor yesterday for my blood work reading. 

All my blood work was dead on where it should be  :)   Blood Pressure was 114/80 and THE BEST NEWS my A1C was 6.0 now 5.5 :D :D :D :D :D :D

Even my doctor wants my recipes now ;)    She was amazed my BP was where it is and my A1C she was shocked

Well you wanted a picture

Both of us are still down 50+ pounds and holding without issues..   We are looking to drop another 20 or so and will be ramping up the diet to get that weight off

Here we are now and bottom was taken back in Jan 2017 at a hockey game.  I was 295  :( at the time
