Big pot of chili!  Boil up some elbow macaroni.  Grate some sharp cheddar (or buy a pack of it).  Fried egg.  Chopped onions.

Cover bottom of a big bowl with the cooked macaroni.  Add chili to almost full.  Sprinkle generous amount of cheddar on top.  Do the same with the chopped onions.  Put the friend egg on the very top. 

When I was in college this was a staple.  We called it a "Darlin'"  Satisfies the appetite and the soul  ;D

I know it's not that out of the ordinary, but it was really a hit with the family here.

A mix of boneless/skinless breasts and thighs marinated overnight in Ken's Balsamic Vinaigrette.  I picked Ken's because it was the only one on the aisle that did not have water as its first ingredient. 

I added some grilled asparagus, but you can add anything you're in the mood for as a side.
