Prayers being sent from just round the corner in GA.  I lost both my parents 6 months apart in 2007/2008.  It is a very tough thing to deal with, but sadly we all grow older and time catches up with us (some just too soon).

Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts, I greatly appreciate it. I have a long road to travel yet, getting financial things sorted out, being executor for his will and having power of attorney is a daunting task. Dealing with the inevitable isn't a joy either but it's something he has entrusted me with. I'll get through it but it like him, I will have good days and bad days throughout, until it's over.

This is why I enjoy BBQ folks, always the warmest people you'll find. Again, thank you all.

Thanks to you all. The power of prayer is real and greatly appreciated. I've been handling some of his business in one way or another pretty much daily. It's a tedious process but with the prayers you've sent,  God is giving me strength to do what I am asked to do.

My Dad passed away early this morning. He is in a better place, reunited with my Mother I hope. Thanks again to you all for your well wishes.
