How about a clean up video??  Also, do you foil line any items in the cooking chamber or is that not necessary??

Ah, I didn't get it that the whole hopper has an inner chamber that is solid.  When I see pics, or even your video, I can see the open holes or slots all around the hopper.  Until I went to their site and read the owners manual, which has an exploded diagram of the whole unit.  There is the inner hopper tube/sleeve closed from the fire grate level to the top lid.  Makes sense now.

Yesterday I smoked two 8 lb butts in 9 hours.  Deb said they were the best I've done in long time.  Cooked at 250 with plenty of pecan chunks mixed in with the charcoal gave them a nice smoked flavor I rarely get with butts.  They were juicy, too - no sauce needed.
