Burnt ends for the weekend
« Reply #-1 on: May 04, 2020, 10:15:23 AM »
Kimmie wanted ribs and the stores were out so I went with burnt pork ends from a butt.

The BBQ sausce and Angry Apple make a great pair for using as a finishing sauce

The sauce was thicker than in the picture, I had just poured it in and it was a bit runny.

Great idea, I may make some pork burnt ends from some of that butt I have.  Never had them before, thanks.
