Screw the NBA!!!!!

This morning I injected about a 6 lb chicken with chicken broth and some Cajun Bait seasoning mixed in.

After letting it air dry in the fridge I put it on the Keg to roast.

This is about fifteen minutes before I took it off the grill.

Done and served with white cheese shells and cheese, broccoli, bread crumbs and cheese and grilled fresh pineapple slices.

Chicken was tender, juicy and tasty!

Oh my! That looks totally fabulous. I think I would stuff myself on that menu. Awesome looking cook Cajunate.

Beautiful bird! The color is darn near perfect, & that slice of breast meat looks like you could just wring the juice out of it. Great job.

Another superb meal, how do you stay so slim & trim? If I ate like you I would gain 2-3 pounds a week, not exaggerating.
