Jaxon:  Not to be a critic, but why the mask when you tell Dee whose ribs he is tasting?  On a different subject, I often use software to compress videos, it took yours down from 628 MB to 33 MB.  Maybe someone has a use for it?  It is Aiseesoft Free Video Converter.  I have been using it for some time with good success.

Uh, Jack, I don't think it qualifies as a "blind taste test" when you tell the taster which rib is which as you hand them to him. tee might say otherwise but he's only ever participated in Aggie taste tests (where the blindfolded guy cooks and then takes his mask off to judge).

The thing that saved you was that you picked dee as the judge - if there's anything he can do better than anyone else (besides taking and posting great photographs) it's eating free BBQ. Additionally, he's deaf as a post and probably didn't compromise the integrity of the test by hearing anything you told him as you were handing him the ribs.

Also, compliments to your videographer - he did an excellent job for an amateur.

Were you Larry, Moe, or Curly?

I only ask because I recall the original Three Stooges acting out similar stories to this one and then swearing to them.

Personally, I'd believe you (just like I believed them) but thousands wouldn't.

Jus' sayin'...

Jaxon only had to buy dee a $4 bus ticket to get him there and home again (Greyhound charges a lot more but Cracker Hauler was running a special for qualified passengers and their accompanying livestock). Your transportation expenses would have been prohibitive.
