How To: Steam Clean Your Pit Barrel Cooker

Here's a really cool way to steam clean your PBC. Noah showed me this and it really works wonders.

When you're done cooking and the drum is still hot, wet a terrycloth towel, wring it out and wipe down the outside. It easily removes meat juice/sauce drips and it will make your cooker look like new.

WARNING: Be careful and work quickly so that you don't get steam burns on your hands.

My understanding was that you want the inside walls nice and seasoned. Like my other cookers/smokers. ???
