Nice....just be careful using it and cleaning it.....I used to have to use and clean a big commercial Hobart slicer and I would check around -23- times to make sure that sucker was unplugged before cleaning it....that was one big scary blade.......

Thanks David. I bought a rib roast today for sliced Roast Beef sammies tomorrow. Either on the PBC or the WSM..still contemplating... ;D

I vote for the PBC - just so I can see how it comes out. Mine is under a foot of snow and more forcast tonight & tomorrow  ??? :'( So, want to live through you!  ;) ;D
