Great cook Sandy.   Your ribs look good and you cooked  1 1/ 2 hr longer than I did and mine were over done.  I'm sure my problem can be fixed with a lower heat temp at the sweet spot, and I know how to fix that.  It will be intresting on my next rib cook in the PBC.

You documented well enough to make me want to eat it and make me want a PBC. Gotta check my lottery tickets, the wife says that is the only way I am going to get a new cooker.

If I was your son and you were cooking like that, I'd have to move back home.....like Sparky's son did.

He is moving back home, at the beginning of April.  :) After over 7 yrs in Cali he's ready to come back!

What beautiful color on both. We're they juicy? What is this Cowtown Sweet Spot? My family likes sweet rubs.

They were really juicy!  I received the Cowtown Sweet Spot from NEPA.  I like it ...it's not to sweet and a hint of heat.  I googled(or is it "I searched it on google"?) it and saw it here   http://www.bbqaddicts.com/rubs-sauces/cowtown/

I really liked the PBC...it's now my preferred chicken cooker!  Thank you for the nice comments too.
