Thanks Pam. I thought it had too much moisture when I cut in to it.
Wheat is a heavier flour so I would go with a lil higher temp, put a pan of hot water in the bottom of the oven for moisture too. If it's too heavy, try about a tbs of wheat gluten when you mix it up..it will lighten the loaf some. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
